Pumori, a beautiful pyramidal mountain with a dome-shaped top. From its top you can enjoy an unparalleled view of Everest. Although lower than the surrounding mountains, it is technically more difficult and exposed on some sides to avalanches and seracs. Its climb is very satisfying even from the normal route. Technical mixed sections alternate with ice walls up to 60°. The base camp is set up just above the Gorek Shep mountain pasture near a beautiful lake at 5,300 m. 3 high altitude fields are required to make the climb. Sometimes it is necessary to install some fixed ropes in the most exposed sections to ensure greater safety on the descent.

Day 1 Departure from Italy with Qatar flight.
Day 2 Arrival in Kathamndu, meeting with our. correspondent, transfer and hotel accommodation.
Day 3 Kathmandu. Preparation day.
Day 4 Flights Kathmandu – Lukla. Arrival and start of trekking for Phakding. Arrival and accommodation in the lodge.
Day 5 Trek phakding – Namche Bazaar. Arrival and accommodation in the lodge.
Day 6 Namche Bazaar. Sosta di acclimatamento a Namche.
Day 7 Trek Namche Bazaar – Tengboche. Arrival and accommodation in the lodge.
Day 8 Trek Tengboche-Pangboche. Arrival and accommodation in the lodge.
Day 9 Trek Pangboche – Pheriche lodge accommodation.

Day 27-28 Trek base camp-Lukla.

Day 30 Kathmandu. In the evening boarding on the flight to Italy.

High altitude Sherpa
The cost of a high altitude Sherpa for all 8,000 meters. corresponds to 2,400 US $. This fee includes personal equipment, salary, all base camp services and expenses for the Puja ceremony. Any tips are at the discretion and full charge of the shipment. (data updated to 1st July 2004)
Oxygen
You can have 3 or 4 liter cylinders. Prices range from US $ 250 to US $ 280 per cylinder.
The mask + regulator kit costs US $ 400 per piece.
